These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website kernrealty.ca (the "Site"), operated by Jay Kern, REALTOR® of Kern Realty | CIR Realty ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

Content on the Site is provided for general information only. It is not an offer, a solicitation, or professional advice, and it does not create an agency relationship. Property details, market statistics, mortgage figures, and home-value estimates are gathered from sources believed reliable but are not guaranteed accurate and may change without notice. Always verify information and consult us directly before making real-estate decisions.

3. Intellectual property

The Site and its content — text, images, logos, and design — are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. The "Kern Realty" and "CIR Realty" names and logos are used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse Site content without our written consent.

4. Third-party links and services

The Site links to third-party websites and services (for example our brokerage's home-search site, social media, and mapping tools). We do not control and are not responsible for their content, terms, or practices. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.
